At Laelouris Fine Jewelry, each piece is thoughtfully designed and handcrafted in New York using the finest materials. As many of our creations are made-to-order or customized, our policy reflects the bespoke nature of our work while ensuring a refined and transparent customer experience.

Custom & Made-to-Order Jewelry

All bespoke, personalized, and made-to-order pieces are final sale.

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has commenced.

Size Exception

  • Exchanges are permitted only in the case of sizing issues.
  • Requests must be made within 10 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn and returned in original condition and packaging.
  • Resizing or shipping costs may apply depending on the design.

Please note: Certain designs may not be eligible for resizing due to their structure.

Ready-to-Ship Items

For select ready-to-ship items:

  • Returns may be requested within 10 days of delivery.
  • Items must be:
    • Unworn and unused
    • In original condition
    • Returned with original packaging

Once approved and received, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos or videos for verification.

Once reviewed, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or appropriate resolution.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for processing.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a fully insured and trackable shipping service.

Laelouris Fine Jewelry is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
